Returns and Exchanges:
We have a 15 day Money Back Guarantee if item is received back unused and sent only to our Hawaii address. You must initiate a return in order to qualify by following the steps below:
Item must be postmarked by the 15th day from the delivery day. Ex: Item delivered on Jan 1, 2017, item postmarked by Jan. 15, 2017. If the 15th day falls on a weekend. You have ONE day grace period. No exceptions.
Please contact us to receive a mailing address for returns or exchanges. All returns or exchanges must be approved before mailed back. Items marked with "return to sender" will NOT be eligible for refund or exchange.
How to initiate a return or exchange:
1. Contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Through the messaging system on the homepage by clicking "message us" in the top right-hand corner.
2. Please briefly explain the reason for the return or exchange and let us know if you would like an exchange or a refund.
3. Send the item back to the Hawaii address that we provide to you with through the messaging system or via email.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, however, once item is received a full refund of the original transaction (cost of item + initial shipping) will be refunded. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
To be eligible for a return, exchange or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If after a few business days you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com or through our messaging system.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
